We provide direct billing to most major insurance companies, including but not limited to:

Green Shield, Empire Life, Blue Cross, Sun Life, Morcare, Co-operators, NexgenRx, Global Benefits, PBAS & TELUS Health, which includes all of the following insurance companies and more! (Canada Life, ManuLife, ClaimSecure, Rwam, Equitable Life, etc.)

We do not currently direct bill WSIB or MVAs.

All first time patients are required to book an initial assessment to review your health history, perform a physical exam, set up a treatment plan based on your goals, and receive treatment with various modalities.

Our standard follow up appointment. Just the right amount of time for a brief history, treatment with various modalities, and rehab as needed.

Our longest treatment time for those with multiple problem areas or those who want extra care. Here we can focus on more modalities and rehab/strength training as needed.

 
 

Late Cancellations / No Show Fees

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.

Fees for late cancellations:

1st time: Verbal warning.

2nd time: $20 charge.

Subsequent times: Full charge of visit.

No shows or cancellations within 2 hours of your visit will be charged the full fee.
